🌿 Tray / Microgreen Growing Instructions
Recommended Method: 10" x 20" Microgreen Trays (Not Jar Sprouting)
Days to Grow: 8–12 days
Soak Time: 8–12 hours
Seeding Rate (10" x 20" tray): 90 g to 120 g per tray
- Soak seeds in water for 8–12 hours.
- Pre-moisten soil or a grow mat in a shallow tray.
- Spread seeds evenly over the surface.
- Mist lightly and cover with a second tray or humidity dome.
- Stack and weight in the dark for 2–3 days.
- Once sprouted and pushing up, remove weight and uncover.
- Move to bright indirect light.
- Water gently as needed (bottom watering preferred).
- Harvest when shoots are thick and fully opened.
🌬 Drying & Storage
- After harvest, ensure greens are dry before storing.
- Pat dry gently on a paper towel if needed.
- Store dry in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Line the container with a paper towel for moisture control and replace as needed if damp.
