π± Soaking & Sprouting Instructions (Jar Method)
Days to Sprout: 4β5
Soak Time: 1β2 hours (MAX 2 hours)
Yield: 1 Tbsp of dry seed yields approximately 1 cup of sprouts.
- Put 1β2 Tbsp seed in a wide mouth jar with a sprouting lid.
- Add water, swirl, and soak for 1β2 hours.
- Drain well and invert jar at a 45Β° angle on a sprouting rack, or in a bowl or drain rack.
- Rinse twice daily with cool water, swirl, and drain well.
- Ready to eat in 4β5 days.
πΏ Tray / Microgreen Growing Instructions
Days to Grow: 10β12 days
Soak Time: 1β2 hours
- Pre-moisten soil or grow mat in a shallow tray.
- Spread seeds evenly over the surface.
- Mist lightly and cover with a second tray or humidity dome.
- Stack and weight lightly in the dark for 2β3 days.
- Once sprouted, remove cover and move to bright indirect light.
- Water gently as needed (bottom watering preferred).
- Harvest at 10β12 days or when leaves are fully developed.
π¬ Drying & Storage
- After the final rinse, allow sprouts to grow another half day so they absorb excess moisture.
- Pat dry gently on a paper towel.
- Store dry in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Line the container with a paper towel for moisture control and replace as needed if damp.
