π± Soaking & Sprouting Instructions (Jar Method)
Days to Sprout: 4β5 days
Soak Time: 4β8 hours
Yield: 1 Tbsp of dry seed yields approximately 1.5β2 cups of sprouts.
- Put 1β2 Tbsp seed in a wide mouth jar with a sprouting lid.
- Add water, swirl, and drain. Refill jar with water and soak 4β8 hours.
- Drain well and invert jar at a 45Β° angle on a sprouting rack, or in a bowl or drain rack.
- Rinse twice daily with cool water, swirl, and drain well.
- Enjoy! Ready to eat in 4β5 days (or to your taste).
πΏ Tray / Microgreen Growing Instructions
Days to Grow: 8β12 days
Soak Time: 4β8 hours
- Pre-moisten soil or a grow mat in a shallow tray.
- Spread seeds evenly over the surface.
- Mist lightly and cover with a second tray or humidity dome.
- Stack and weight in the dark for 2β3 days.
- Once sprouted and pushing up, remove weight and uncover.
- Move to bright indirect light.
- Water gently as needed (bottom watering preferred).
- Harvest when greens reach desired size.
π¬ Drying & Storage
- After the final rinse, allow sprouts to grow another half day so they absorb excess moisture.
- Pat dry gently on a paper towel.
- Store dry in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Line the container with a paper towel for moisture control and replace as needed if damp.

- 30 grams (approximately 2 tablespoons) of dry seed yields 1.5β2 cups of fresh sprouts.
- One 300 g bag makes approximately 10 batches.
