Spring Salad Mix is a balanced sprouting blend containing broccoli, radish, clover, and alfalfa. This mix offers a fresh, mild flavour with a slight peppery note, making it an easy, everyday choice for adding variety and nutrition to your meals.

This blend provides a wide range of vitamins, minerals, fibre, and plant-based protein from a diverse mix of seeds. It also contains antioxidants and naturally occurring plant compounds found in brassica and legume sprouts.
Seed Storage: To prolong viability, store seeds in the refrigerator. For long-term storage, seeds may be kept in the freezer.

🌱 Soaking & Sprouting Instructions (Jar Method)
Days to Sprout: 4–5 days
Soak Time: 2–3 hours
Yield: 1 Tbsp of dry seed yields approximately 1.5–2 cups of sprouts.
- Put 1–2 Tbsp seed in a wide mouth jar with a sprouting lid.
- Add water, swirl, and drain. Refill jar with water and soak 2–3 hours.
- Drain well and invert jar at a 45° angle on a sprouting rack, or in a bowl or drain rack.
- Rinse twice daily with cool water, swirl, and drain well.
- Enjoy! Ready to eat in 4–5 days (or to your taste).
🌬 Drying & Storage
- After the final rinse, allow sprouts to grow another half day so they absorb excess moisture.
- Pat dry gently on a paper towel.
- Store dry in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Line the container with a paper towel for moisture control and replace as needed if damp.
🌾 Yield & Value
- 30 grams (approximately 2 tablespoons) of dry seed yields 1.5–2 cups of fresh sprouts.
- One 150 g bag makes approximately 5 batches.
