What It Is
The Milky Way™ is a creamy, conditioning face and body bar — simple, balanced, and effective. 

This is a cold-process soap bar handcrafted using organic shea butter, carefully selected plant oils, a touch of milk, and natural mica for colour.

The result is a smooth, creamy lather that cleanses without stripping, leaving skin feeling soft, comfortable, and balanced.

One simple bar for face and body.  All bars come with a natural loofah round that can be used for gentle exfoliation and to keep the bar dry.  

The Formula

Sodium Shea Butterate (Organic Shea Butter)
A rich, deeply moisturizing base that helps support soft, supple skin while contributing to a creamy, stable lather.

Sodium Cocoate (Coconut Oil)
Provides cleansing power and abundant lather.

Sodium Meadowfoamate (Meadowfoam Seed Oil)
Helps support skin softness and stability while contributing to a smooth finish.

Sodium Jojobate (Jojoba Oil)
Closely resembles the skin’s natural oils and helps maintain balance.

Sodium Avocadate (Avocado Oil)
Adds conditioning properties that help skin feel nourished and comfortable.

Sodium Olivate (Olive Oil)
A traditional soapmaking oil known for its gentle, skin-friendly qualities.

Lac (Milk – 4%)
Adds creaminess to the lather and contributes to a soft, silky feel.

Kaolin Clay
Supports a smooth, gentle cleanse.

Glycerin (Naturally Occurring)
Produced during soapmaking and retained in the bar to support moisture.

Mica is used for natural colour.

What It Does

The Milky Way™ helps:

• Cleanse face & body using traditional soap with nourishing plant oils
• Support soft, comfortable skin without over-drying

• Provide a simple, tallow-free cleansing option

How to Use

Wet skin and bar thoroughly.

Rub the bar between hands or directly onto skin. Add a small amount of water and massage — a smooth, creamy lather will develop as you work it in.

Rinse thoroughly.

Suitable for both face and body.

Allow the bar to dry fully between uses to extend its life. Each bar includes a natural loofah round pad to help exfoliate and keep the bar dry between uses.

To extend the life of the bar, do not allow it to sit in water. Mama Bear also offers bamboo soap dishes.
